20-year-old shot in Cuyler-Brownsville
Savannah-Chatham Police are investigating the shooting of a 20-year-old Savannah man in the Cuyler-Brownsville area Tuesday night.
Andre Smalls was found with a gunshot wound on the 600 block of West 40th Street Lane about 9 p.m. He was transported for treatment of a non-life threatening wound.
"Metro Violent Crimes detectives are investigating the shooting in conjunction with several reports of gunshots being fired in the area the previous night," police say.
"They also are asking the public to help identify the driver of a white Toyota Camry that was seen leaving the area at the time."
Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at (912) 234-2020 or text CRIMES (274637) using the keyword CSTOP2020. Tipsters remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
