We're a Windows based publication, using Creative Suite 2. If you're using a Macintosh, please send a PDF.
Halftone Screen: 100 LPI

Resolution: 200 dpi for color or grayscale, 600 dpi for bitmap.
If using type in Photoshop files, we recommend doing a Save As in .eps format, and checking the Include Vector Information checkbox.
FILE TYPES MUST HAVE FONTS AND GRAPHICS INCLUDED.

COLOR
Ads may be built in either CMYK or 1 spot color and black. Spot colors must be either blue, red, or green.
If you are supplying a camera ready ad intended for spot colors, then it must be built in a single spot color (can’t have two spot colors on the same page) and black ONLY. If process and spot colors are used in the same ad, the ad may be printed in black and white. Please remember to convert RGB graphics to CMYK

DELIVERY
Physical media accepted: CDs Only.

Ad sizes:
Please make ads exactly to size.
There is no need to put in crop marks.

Ads may be emailed to the directly to your sales rep. For large files, lease compress all ad files via Stuffit or PKzip

FTP Access:
Contact your sales for FTP access.
