Chef Matt Cohen's new place will be called New South Café at the Mighty Air Force Museum, and it's located inside the westside facility. For now, hours are Mon.-Sun. from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. with expanded hours coming soon.

"We are so grateful for the tremendous enthusiasm we have received from the community," he says. "We outgrew our Skidaway Road kitchen and dining room. This is an amazing opportunity and one that will facilitate our highly anticipated and continued growth."
