5Rhythms

A dance. A meditation. Why 5Rhythms? Sweat. Workout. Release. Creativity. Connection. Community. Expression. Awareness.. Presence. Grounding. In the practice, we each do our dance to "a wave" of music taking us through the 5 rhythms of: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. We just have to ”show up” and let the dance do us. No experience needed. Open to all bodies (16 years and older please.) Led by: Dana Danielson, Certified 5Rhythms teacher. MONTHLY CLASSES. Savannah & Bluffton.
