While the abundant use of adjectives and general descriptiveness of the writing are enthralling, I'd much rather just go eat the food. Sounds tasty.

Excellent journalism. See the problem firsthand, and report it to others while giving information about the conflicting factors. Hopefully this piece works towards a solution.
