‘Black & White’ -- SCAD presents this exhibition of works on paper highlighting the elegance and subtle nuances inherent in black-and-white processes, June 16-July 12, at Pinnacle Gallery, 320 E. Liberty St. This exhibition is featured on the college’s monthly gallery hop, Friday, July 9, 5-7 p.m. Both the exhibition and gallery hop are free and open to the public.

The Right to Bare Arms ....and Shoulders, Legs, Torsos, etc. -- An exhibit of figurative art by members of The Art School. At Sentient Bean on Park Avenue, July 1-31.

Mixed Media Show -- Artists of MeadowLark Studio collaborate in this show at the Indigo Sky Community Gallery, 915 Waters Ave., June 4-30.

'Ascention' -- Recent paintings by James Russell May through June 17 at Gallery Espresso, 234 Bull St.

JEA Artist of the Month -- Beginning June 1 the JEA will feature the works of Sylvia Udinsky, a local Savannah artist. Udinsky's paintings will be for sale and for viewing through June 30 at the JEA at 5111 Abercorn Street.

‘CURV-ITURE: Studio Furniture Celebrates the Curve’ -- June 16-Aug. 1, at Red Gallery, 201 E. Broughton St.

This juried exhibition features studio furniture in all media that incorporates the use of the curve as a design element. Tables, seating, cabinets and other furniture from artists throughout the United States, as well as Canada and Australia, will be on view. This exhibition will be included in SCAD’s monthly gallery hop, Friday, July 9, 5-7 p.m. Both the exhibition and the gallery hop are free and open to the public.

Gallery 209 Artists of the Month -- The work of watercolorist Peggy Cone and jewelry and glass artist Isa Bella Davis will be featured at Gallery 209, 209 E. River Street through June.

‘New Works for Spring’ -- This exhibit at Venus de Milo will feature work by local artists Mark Forehand, Chela Gutierrez, Shelley Smith, Jon Proctor, Margaret Brennen, & Bryce Griffis. Through July 1 at 38 MLK Jr. Blvd.

Greenpeace Russia Photo Exhibit -- At the Starland Center of Contemporary Art, 24-28 Bull St. June 4-15.

‘Relationships’ -- SCAD presents an annual exhibition of student seqouential artwork, May 17-June 20, at Orleans Hall Gallery, 201 Barnard St. Free.

‘The Graphic World of William Hogarth’ -- Features 2 dozen prints by the 18th Century English artist. Through June 30 at SCAD’s Newton Center, 227 MLK Blvd.

‘Crazy Horse’ -- Photographs from Iraq by photojournalist Rita Leistner. Through June 28 at the Steve Wiley Gallery at 2424 Desoto Ave.

Bernard D’Andrea: Five Decades of Evolution -- The Telfair Museum of Art will host a major exhibition of works by New York painter/illustrator, and long-time Hilton Head Island resident, Bernard D’Andrea from June 30 through Sept. 5.
