Oct. 31: Today's events

Here's what's going on today (Wednesday, Oct. 31): Happy Halloween. How about these treats: The great Stan Lee sits for a Q&A following the 9 a.m. screening of The Amazing Spider-Man (in 3D at the Trustees Theater. After the 2:30 p.m. screening of The Girl at the Trustees, meet producer Amanda Jenks and director Julian Jarrold. It's Director's Choice night (7 p.m.) at the Trustees, and at 8, the Lucas Theatre screens the Bela Lugosi classic Dracula. Today's 7:30 p.m. and midnight performances of The Rocky Horror Show are the last for this year at Bay Street Theatre. Jazz great Christan Tamburr and his quartet play a last-minute show at Blowin' Smoke at 6 p.m. (he plays vibraphone!) Kota Mundi plays Dead Man's Ball at Live Wire; it's Halloween Tribute Band night at the Jinx, featuring local musicians. Electric Grandma's at Hang Fire. And there's an all-new Connect on stands.
