Operation New Hope

Operation New Hope allows inmates to train unadoptable dogs from the Humane Society for Greater Savannah. The goals of the program are to decrease the recidivism rate among Chatham County inmates, help inmates learn a new skill, and help previously unadoptable dogs find loving homes. The graduated dogs are available for adoption can be viewed at www.humansocietvsav.org, and www.chathamsheriff.org. Operation New Hope is funded by the Humane Society and community donations.
