Workouts for women every Saturday (by a certified personal trainer). We will feature a new workout each week. The workouts will focus on burning fat, toning, and improving cardiovascular health. The location may differ from time to time as some workouts will be performed outdoors as a light to moderate boot camp. Workout location and details will be sent out every Friday to a distribution group.
