Sex Offender arrested

Chatham County Sheriff’s Office S.O.R.T. Unit arrested wanted sex offender Montae Chisholm on Nov. 17 at 602 E. 32nd Street in Savannah.

"Chisholm had been a fugitive from justice for almost a year and was wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on outstanding warrants for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender (Felony), Felony Probation Violation and Child Support Warrant. Chisholm was also wanted by Savannah-Chatham Metro Police for Aggravated Assault by Strangulation (Felony)," the office reports.
