Chatham County Police Department detectives have released the identities of the victims in Monday night’s shooting incident on Fort Argyle Road.

Police say 20-year-old Johnathan Harmon was killed and 39-year-old Jeffrey Moore was wounded. Moore was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

"This is an active investigation, with detectives continuing to gather evidence, information and leads," police report.

Chatham County Police are seeking a person of interest, 23-year-old Arkeem Brown.

This incident was followed less than 24 hours later by a double homicide on Damascus Road. Police are still investigating if the shootings are linked.

In the 48-hour period including these two incidents, a total of ten people were shot across Chatham County.
