All Day Zen Meditation Retreat

This all day meditation retreat with Teijo Munnich includes sitting and walking meditations, a gentle yoga practice, dharma talks and discussions. Teijo Munnich is the founder of the Great Tree Zen Temple, near Asheville, NC. She is a Dharma Heir of Dainin Katagiri Roshi, her teacher from 1975 until his death in 1990. Her presence, polished by years of Zen study and practice, has been inspiring students in Savannah for more than a decade. The retreat will take place at a residence on Isle of Hope.
