Elate Apparel is working with Saw the Wheel for our 1st artisan market. We welcome all creators new or established. There will be local creators from in and around the Savannah area offering their handmade goods whether it be a tasty treat, a lovely skin care product, jewelry, wall art, there is something here that you'll want to take home.
