Free Live Music & Entertainment - "Let Freedom Ring" Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration

Plant Riverside District will present a full schedule of free live music and entertainment in memory of Martin Luther King, Jr. The celebration will kick off on Friday, Jan. 14 at 7 p.m. In addition, there will be nightly fountain shows at at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park, featuring a special musical tribute by William Austin Smith, inspired by King’s legendary “I Have a Dream” speech. Family-friendly performances by the high-flying Cirque Divina will take place on Friday, Jan. 14 and Saturday, Jan. 15 at in Montgomery Park. All performances are FREE and open to the public.
