Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by exploring Irish flavors and culinary concepts, incorporating traditional and nontraditional ingredients. Guests will be guided through the preparation of five inspired small plates and enjoy their delicious gourmet creations with beer pairings available upon request. Class menu items include Potato Boxty with House Smoked Salmon and Roasted Tomato Salad, Ham Hock Colcannon with Poached Egg, Yellow Beet ‘Coddle’ with Pork Chop and Soda Bread, Cider Steamed Mussels with Bacon and Corned Beef Brisket Shepherd’s Pie with Parsnip Puree.
