Bat Bite
BACARDÍ Superior Rum, Bacardi Black Rum, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Splash of Grenadine, Garnish With Orange Slice/Wheel and Cherries
“I have an ounce of BACARDÍ Superior which is their silver rum and an ounce of Bacardi Black Rum and I kind of took that as a play on “the bite” so both teeth are going in. It’s also a splash of orange juice, pineapple, then topped with cranberry and a little splash of grenadine that trickles down and gives it that blood effect. The orange juice, the pineapple juice, and the rum mixed together give it almost a fleshy ton at the bottom and then of course you top it with the cranberry and the grenadine that looks like blood running down.”
Devil's Dark and Stormy
BACARDÍ Black Rum, Lime Juice, Ginger Beer, Garnish with a Lime wheel/slice
“One of them is basically a take on a “Dark and Stormy,” but we called it the “Devils Dark and Stormy.” It’s straight two ounces of BACARDÍ Black Rum with a little bit of lime juice and ginger beer. That one is also a layered drink so you do the lime juice and ginger beer on the bottom, it gives it a little bit of texture and color. Finally, you top it with the BACARDÍ Black so it separates it. Then you have that nice storm cloud sitting on top of the ginger beer whenever it’s presented.
Pineapple Potion Cocktail
BACARDÍ Spiced Rum, Pineapple Juice, Garnish with a Pineapple wedge/Leaf
“This one is pretty simple. It features two ounces of BACARDÍ Spiced Rum with pineapple juice and that’s it. We garnish that one with either a pineapple wedge or a pineapple leaf.”
