Before Abe’s weekly open mic starts, attendees can enjoy a spotlight set from Annapolis-based singer-songwriter Charles Kavoossi. Inspired by everything from Weezer to Ben Folds to Gorillaz, Kavoossi’s songs weave between catchy choruses and hooky guitar stylings.
