I agree nobody working for the COS knows what the f*** they are doing except for how to suck big salaries from its treasury. The Manager (from SoFL) and New PC (Texas) "whats his name" makes $200,000.00/yr. both worked a while in (near) communities which experienced mass shootings: Santa Fe, TX, Parkland, FL and Aurora, CO. The COSPC will make $170,000.00 plus extras.
