    Thanks, Jim. A very clear-thinking analysis. I think we are all losing our trust (whatever little bit we had left) in politicians. I think we don't believe that T-SLPOST would actually get spent the way it should (just like it's big brothers SPLOST and E-SPLOST). As far as the school board goes, I voted for the one whose opinions were well-reasoned and insightful. And USED PROPER GRAMMAR. I figure anyone on the school board should be able to read and write, right?

    Sorry to hear you were not as transported by the music as others. The Brothers who Punch are anything but smug. Anyone who follows them and their music is fully aware of their continual experimentation, discovery, and love for literary puns and baseball. They manage to blend a bit of goofy in with the virtuosity -- which makes them accessible, rather than smug.
