I'm soooooo disappointed in City Council. I hate to be glib (ahem), but I feel like I'm in a bad relationship with them. I keep thinking they're gonna change, that *this time* will be different. Oh Madam Mayor, can't you please fix this??? The city can literally not afford to lose the dollars that, as Kevin said, will inevitably be gone once word gets out...
