Now that he’s no longer based out of the troubled Savannah Down Under nightclub, Chris Cook —who now calls himself “The Underground Mayor of The Hostess City”— is moving his monthly voyeuristic get-together/sideshow to this basement bar a handcuff’s throw from City Market.
