I was planning to move my family back to Willmington last year but changed my mind. I love savannah with all my heart but I can't raise my kids some place I don't feel safe. Not only will we not be moving back but we don't visit anymore. Whether it's the bullets flying downtown or the attempted kidnappings and break-ins out on the islands, it's not worth the risk. Several of our friends have moved away. Most moved to Pooler.
