The Atlanta Braves hit the road with their World Champions Trophy, making Savannah a spot over St. Patrick’s week.
After spending time downtown on March 17 in Johnson Square following the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, the trophy was on display Friday March 18 at AMBUC Park on Sallie Mood Dr.
The World Champions TrophyTour is presented by Truist is making 151 stops across Braves Country, honoring the team’s 151st year as a franchise.
At each stop, fans are able to celebrate the Braves historic 2021 World Series championship with an opportunity to take a photo with the Commissioner’s Trophy.
Additional highlights of the tourinclude visits to Mobile, AL, the birthplace of Henry “Hank” Aaron, Cairo, GA, the birthplace of Jackie Robinson and many more.
