SB31 was a rip-off boondoggle of the highest magnitude. The bill ripped through the legislature in about two weeks flat ... the CWIP bill passed by a margin of 12 votes, pundits said if lawmakers had had even one more week to figure the rip-off nuclear bill out, the vote would have failed. Praise be to the folks using legal justice to right this wrong!!!
