Aug. 21: Today's events

Here's what's going on today (Tuesday, Aug. 21): Award-Winning Writer Luis Alberto Urrea (The Devil's Highway, The Hummingbird's Daughter) gives a Flannery O'Connor Childhood Home-sponsored lecture at 7 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church. Roberto & Sasha play gypsy jazz in the Foxy Loxy Café courtyard tonight, Colorado's harmony-singing brothers Old North State visit the Sentient Bean, and Savannah's fantastic blues trio The Hitman is onstage with its regular Tuesday-night gig at the Warehouse.
