This city has its head up its arse. We should take all of our talented chefs and entrepreneurs (and MANY do exist here) and we should all move to Charleston. At least the city leaders there try and ENCOURAGE growth, rather than pretend shortsightedness is a working philosophy. Sad, sad, sad little city leaders- health department leadership included- you are truly a waste of space.
