The Best of Savannah

Best Chef (Mashama Bailey)

The Grey

It’s been three years since the Grey took Savannah’s culinary scene by storm, and they show no sign of stopping. John O. Morisano and Mashama Bailey are perennial James Beard darlings—Bailey was the first female African-American chef to be nominated in the JBFA’s Best Chef category this year, an amazing feat.

Runner-up, Chef: Kyle Jacovino
