Savannah Music Festival

It just keeps getting better and better. A marathon of world-class music, the 2015 Savannah Music Festival brought in the luminous talents of artists like Dawes, Lucinda Williams, Dianne Reeves, and more. This year’s fest also marked SMF’s ambitious team-up with Savannah VOICE Festival, resulting in a stunning double-bill of operas, Puccini’s Suor Angelica and Gianni Schicchi.

As Executive and Artistic Director Rob Gibson wryly told us back in March: “There are only two kinds of music. We do the good kind.” We can’t wait to see what good comes our way in 2016.

Runner-up (Cultural Event): Saint Patrick’s Day Parade
