The great Bero Bero never seems to put out music that’s anything less than stellar. They keep pushing the boundaries of synths and electronic instruments, and their latest EP DANCE is an incredible example of that.
“Wow, it’s so cool to be recognized. 2019 was our second year as a band and we released material and played some shows we felt really good about,” the duo’s vocalist Veronica Garcia-Melendez tells Connect.
“We released “DANCE” in early 2020 and were picking up more traction in the South East before Covid hit. Like everyone else, we had to cancel shows and stay home. We realized during quarantine that performing and touring are real motivators for us and it’s been a challenge to keep working on new material during a pandemic. Releasing music into the internet ether isn’t the same as sharing an experience and interacting with people in the flesh. So, that being said, we really appreciate that people voted for us because that’s what it’s all about!”
