Breastfeeding Class

St. Joseph's/Candler's Telfair BirthPlace offers a Breastfeeding Class for expectant parents at 1:30 PM in the Prepared Childbirth Education classroom, Suite 508A, Candler Professional Building, 5354 Reynolds Street. The class is taught by a certified lactation consultant. Material covered will be about the advantages of breastfeeding, breastfeeding techniques, how to cope with the first few weeks after the baby's birth and basic lactation issues. The cost is $25.
