This site has subsided by at least 8 feet since the infrastructure of storm drains, roads, and plumbing was placed there 10 years ago. This site is a natural watershed and should not be built upon. Adding larger building masses will only accelerate the subsidence and the future news will be about how the buildings and roads are sinking at a high rate per year
