Congregations in Service

When: Nov. 9-10 2019

Savannah’s faith community will work side-byside on local service projects as part of “Congregations in Service.” This interfaith group hosts events twice each year, uniting members of local synagogues, churches and mosques in community service. Everyone is invited to participate, and there will be projects suitable for the young and old, singles and families, and those who like to work outdoors and indoors. Congregations in Service includes people from many faiths – Jewish, Christian, Unitarian-Universalists, Bahá’í, Islamic, and Roman Catholics – and also welcomes those who are not members of a religious institution.
