Enjoy an evening of local and touring singer-songwriters at The Sentient Bean.

Iowa native Courtney Krause writes songs for “other over-analytical, racing, sympathetic minds” with a emotional, reflective quality and gentle, melodic approach.

Krause is on tour with fellow Iowan Nalani Proctor, a singer-songwriter who will release a full-length album, Goodbye, Sixteen, later this year.

Locals Phillip Wise and David Isaac Marchant welcome the Midwesterners to the Savannah stage with their own original tunes.

Saturday, June 17, 8 p.m., $5, all-ages
