February 19: Today's events 

Here's what's going on today (Sunday, Feb. 18): MISTER Stephen King is in town today, to close out the Savannah Book Festival with a speech at the Trustees Theater. It's been sold out since the day tickets went on sale. The Train Wrecks, Junkyard Angel, Wormsloew and others are at the Sandfly Bar & Grill all day - the "Lindsapalooza Benefit" starts at 1 p.m. and lasts until 7. Actor Avery Brooks performs Ira Aldridge: The African Roscius at 3 p.m. at Savannah State's Kennedy Fine Arts Auditorium. And the Savannah Irish Festival carries on in the Civic Center.
