Film: Backs Against the Wall: The Howard Thurman Story

Many people are not aware that Howard Thurman was Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s spiritual leader. The screening will include a panel discussion about the film with diverse faith and community leaders, who will give multiple perspectives to the film. Panelists include Rabbi Robert Haas, Imam Ibrahim Abdul-Malik, Rev. Thurmond Tillman, Rev. Claire Marich, and Rev. Kathleen Roberson.
