Free Family Day: Juneteenth

One of the longest-running community programs at the Jepson Center, Juneteenth Free Family Day is a celebration of freedom, commemorating the end of slavery in the United States. Explore Gullah-Geechee connections through storytelling by Jamal Toure, artists’ demonstrations, poetry read­ings, and a musical performance.
