Do you struggle with stress? Join us for this Info Session about our upcoming program with Dr. Robert Rollings. The Stress Management And Resiliency Training (SMART) program teaches self-care practices to help buffer daily stress, making us less emotionally and physically vulnerable to it. The program is is based on 40 years of clinical practice and scientific research in the field of Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. Over 8 weeks you will learn a variety of stress management practices including, single pointed focus, breath awareness, body scanning, mindful awareness, guided imagery, lovingkindness, contemplation, and yoga.
