Join us as author and historian Erskine Clarke discusses his new book, a Lowcountry story about the power of place and culture and its impact on human nature. Erskine Clarke is Professor Emeritus of American Religious History at Columbia Theological Seminary and author of Dwelling Place (winner of Columbia University’s prestigious Bancroft Prize), Wrestlin’ Jacob, and Our Southern Zion.
