Live Oak Public Libraries hosts a special exhibit about the Holocaust on display at Oglethorpe Mall Library through December 14, 2022. Georgia’s Response to the Holocaust: Survivors and Liberators examines the stories of courage of Holocaust survivors and liberators who were or became Georgia citizens. In addition to the exhibit, visit Oglethorpe Mall Library on December 6, 2022 at 4:00PM for a screening with clips from and discussion of The U.S. and the Holocaust documentary film by Ken Burns.
