“It’s Harvest Time” Virtual Workshop with the Savannah African Art Museum

Savannah African Art Museum (SAAM) will continue their Fall “Harvest Time” workshops during the week of October 19th. For this workshop, they will begin building our Assemblage, incorporating our Corn Husk Dolls on a burlap background to begin building our story. This workshop is a lead-in to the December “Kwanzaa” Assemblage workshop when participants will return with this Assemblage and opt to include various items e.g., Nguzo Saba principles & symbols, photos of family, seeds, etc., to tell your story.
