Though the breakfast/lunch hybrid is great to enjoy any time of year, brunch is a springtime staple. Consider the fact that brunch is the meal of choice for spring holidays like Easter and Mother’s Day. It makes sense. There’s something special about a warm, sunny afternoon spent on an airy patio with pastel-clad friends toasting with mimosas in hand over plates of lox, benedicts and belgian waffles. Moments like these are what make life grand. And let’s face it, everything is better with brunch. For this reason, the meal has a whole month dedicated to it. April happens to be National Brunch Month, a festive time to celebrate the fantastic fare and classic cocktails enjoyed between breakfast and lunch. To help you observe National Brunch Month, we’ve compiled a list of our favorite brunch spots in town. Find some time to visit them before April ends.
