Jeanna Melilli, flute: A Bach Circle

Atlanta native Jeana Melilli presents the music of Bach and his contemporaries, performing on period as well as modern instruments to demonstrate the evolution of flute playing. Ms. Melilli is currently principal flute of the Savannah Philharmonic and performs throughout the region. She is currently earning a Ph.D. at the University of Florida in Musicology. Accompanied by Patrick Hawkins on the harpsichord and piano, this concert will be both entertaining and informative.
