I've lived in many cities and small towns across the country...no where but Savannah do people park helter skelter any way they want on a two way street. This is dangerous and there is a reason you should not do it. I'm surprised the city hasn't cashed in before now...don't be foolish park on the correct side of the street...how hard is that? Anywhere else you'd get a $50 ticket or higher.
