Re: “Kroger (Mall Blvd)

I will begin to say I drove out of my way to shop at Kroger and wish that I had stayed out of the store. To start, when I approached the line I was NOT greeeted once. The bagger and cashier said to each other..."almost there"..my guess is that they were almost off. Still not acknowledging me, the customer.During checkout I asked the cashier if the items were ringing out with the sales prices and she said yes. When checking the receipt I noticed several items had charged full price. When mentioning the price the bagger said come back tomorrow nonchalantly. I questioned if anything could be done and she said no. I asked to speak with a manager. This proved to be a mistake and I now understand why the cashier and bagger did not care or even begin to act concernesd with the "customer satisfaction" that Kroger supposedly beleives in. The manager Carrie said that no we cant do anything. The entire staff that I encountered tonight was missing all aspects of customer service. No one cared, apologized or even empathized. I work in a similiar field with a high demand for service and this was unacceptable. I wil be returning EVERY item I purchased tomorrow. I will encourage the staff and trainers of all customer facing employees to instill the basic skills for customer service going forward.
