Join Liz Massey on the last Tuesday of each month for creative practices to cultivate the attitude of gratitude for health and well-being. In the group, we’ll trade ideas as we study the ten key components of well-being from the Greater Good Science Center at Berkeley University.
You’ll be led in guided meditations and other creative practices to further enhance your understanding of how gratitude affects you.
