Naturalist 101: Putting Recycling Rumors to Rest

Want to help with local waste reduction and recycling efforts? Join us in putting preconceived notions to rest and learn how you can recycle smarter. Chatham County's Resource Conservation Education Center's Coordinator Anne Robinson will educate us on all stages of the recycling process from collections to product manufacturing. The purpose will be to help residents understand the state of current recycling markets, both statewide and globally, and how these factors have a direct effect on what happens to all the materials you put in your local recycling bin.
