Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) is an ancient exercise and healing modality designed to harmonize oneself with the energy (Qi) of nature. The practice incorporates gentle body movements, self-massage, meditation, and breath to promote the flow of Qi in the body.
Beth Martin is a local veterinarian, SPrY yogi, and 2008 Graduate of the Chi Institute for Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine in Acupuncture. She has studied with Qigong Masters Robin Murphy, Roger Jahnke, and John Munro.
This practice can be done standing or sitting in a chair. Suitable for raw beginners.
