Join us in a night of film, participatory music, and lively discussion featuring the Drumfolk Shout + Music Society! Facilitated by Dr. David Pleasant. Hosted by Dr. Simona Perry and Laura Shadley. Before corporate slogans and brand name tropes, John Coltrane, Fannie Lou Hamer and Malcolm X explored ideals of brotherhood and sisterhood for a genuine good.
