Restore Your Pelvic Floor

Our pelvic floor is a rarely talked about group of muscles whose optimal function is essential to a good quality of life. In this workshop, we will discuss the anatomy of our pelvic floor, why it's important, and how it contributes to a strong core. We will learn how to properly engage our pelvic floor muscles along with other deep core stabilizing muscles, and we will explore how pelvic floor activation can influence our yoga practice.
