River Street New Year's Eve 'Up the Cup'' Canceled 

Bad Weather Forces Officials To Cancel New Years Eve Festivities

Due to inclement weather the Savannah Waterfront Association’s New Year’s Eve “Up the Cup” Countdown and fireworks display will be cancelled for Thursday, December 31. Savannah Waterfront Association organizers are inviting the public to rescheduled events Saturday, January 2 including a digital light show, fireworks and a celebratory toast to 2016. The six-foot to-go cup will be set up by the River Street Inn with a digital light display starting at 7pm on Saturday, followed by the toast and fireworks at 8pm.
